If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

User Rights & Responsibilities

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for managing promotional campaign materials and digital outreach.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you upload or manage.
  • You must not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the original content you submit. By uploading, you grant PixelWorks Promotions a license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

Platform Limitations

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Involve the distribution of malware or attempts to compromise system security.
  • Use automated systems to extract data without prior written consent.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine you have violated these terms.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nur-Sultan.
